Just doing some research for October 2005. This is will be our 4th trip in 5 years. Has anyone stayed at the Melasti since October 2004? We were there then and the main pool with swim up bar was in need of renovation. Management was waiting for a "quiet time" to carry out the rebuild, but could not see this in the short term. The pool was looking a bit tired; missing tiles etc. The other pools at the resort do not have good childrens pools. (The restaurant was being renovated.)
We love staying there. The old suites are great for families. Grounds are lovely. But if anyone has any news re the pool or perhaps another hotel suggestion for a family of 3 (child is 4yrs old), that would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
PS.This will be Patricks 4th trip and he is counting the months on his calender literally!!! Motivated by the possibility of some new DVD's I think!!!
