Just get transport from Ubud to Sanur - there is a ticket office at the North end of the Beach (Ask at the Hotels Cafe located where the boats depart)
There are at least two boats that leave around 8AM, one is supposed to be the "public boat" and the other tourist.
Public leaves earlier, there is no difference between the boats really, I would get this one.
Providing you get the boat, there will be no problem with time, as long as you go straight from Sanur to the Airport.
