If this indeed the santika tuban then we stayed there in March last year rooms were great we were in a superior and there was no deck but beds are so big like super,super,king aircon is fanastic and cartoon network good for those lazy moments or in the morning when you wake up. we were on the top floor and there was no noise from planes if there was we didn't hear it. Only had the small pool open when we were there as it looked like they were working on the older area maybe an upgrade I don't know when to be finished had a swim in the other pool neypi day as they had it open for that and it's a really cool pool(sunken in bar)! We really enjoyed our stay had a problem with power one night generator not working but it was soon fixed and had problems with booking massages but I think it was probably a once off issue we were double booked and not enough time for another one until after they finished that night unfortunetly that was our last night there so alas no massage after all. But over all a great hotel and staff would come and clean your room as soon as you left change the towels fold back the sheets put flowers out on the bed! (crazy that you could go in your room three times in a day and each time you went back they had been in and changed dirty towel tidied the bed if it was messy was great.)
