Flying Garuda busines class

Busines or executive class on Garuda is relatively cheap, but having eperienced this on two occasions, I have to say that the so-called Executive Lounge at Denpasar is an absolute shambles.
One problem appears to be that this lounge is used by multiple airlines.
Both times we were unable to find seating because other travellers claim seats with their baggage, their kids or for others arriving (sic). Added to that, complimentary food and drink was non existant.
I'd be interested in other travellers' experience of this facility. I understand that the problem can be solved by a bribe - but to whom and for how much??
