For both you need to go to Nusa Lembongan, a short boat ride from Sanur. Three great surf breaks and some outstanding snorkelling in the area. Go to Villa Wayan and ask for a tour of Crystal Bay and the island. As for accommodation there is everything from losemen to villas. Check the internet.
