Hi there Peejay,
about sunset Hill villas in Ubud. I stayed there last year as you would see in my report done earlier in March on this forum.
It is a lovely place resting on a crest of a ravine of the Wos river. It has a lovely path that takes you into Ubud that is about one to one and a half kilometres long. It is mentioned in the lonely planet in the walks around Ubud section. Christian and Lanny are great. It is their home. I organised my trip directly with them and didn't have to pay any deposit up front which was wonderful. Infact out of the six places that I stayed (and suppose to stay) only one wanted money up front, which, when it fell through, I didn't receive my deposit back and am still trying to organise that even now. All of the others were pay as you leave.
If you click on the link below, you'll see their own web page. You can email them direct as Ivy said. They are great and quick to get back to you. Please tell them I sent you as I threatened them that I would tell the whole world about them!! ha ha ha!
Take care.
Gabrielle
