We stayed there 2 years ago. You surely found the website so I won't go into detail to describe them. They have been designed and built with much taste especially the smaller ones belonging to Just Beside Ciliks Beach garden. We stayed in the lumbung which is sufficient for a couple. But I would prefer the octagon which has a private bale next to the sea. They are all decorated with much taste. The bungalows are managed by a Balinese family. Ciliks wife does the cooking which is really outstanding. It is a very interesting project because the bungalows were designed and built by different German couples who stay there for holidays once in a while but the grounds belong to Balinese families and they will own the buildings as well after expiring of the lease. As in other places there is no beach left. A wall (you can walk on it without end it seems) protects the grounds from erosion. Even further on like in Sembirenteng there is no 'real' beach just big black pebbles. It is interesting to stay there and do some sight seeing, visiting temples, forgeries, water falls etc. I wouldn't recommend it for people looking for golden sand, cocktails and the like.

In Tejakula I didn't stay. It is a small village. They had a meditation resort running some years ago but it seems it has been sold. I don't know whether it is still functioning. There you can hike to a water fall which is really nice. The villa you spoke about I don't know. The area is still very remote and not touristy. Enjoy your trip.
