I did receive an email from them, only because of another couple that got ripped off too. But we were left with no accomodation and no-one tried to contact me and when I rang the villa, trying to find Paul. I didn't receive any help. I get a little nervous with expats, they seem to do things in another country that they wouldn't do at home. Meanwhile, I'm still $1000 less.
