Have large post in April 04 under Tegal Sari heading re this place. Its not on a main road but there is some traffic noise.
Tjampuhan is on main road. Don't know if noise from traffic is a problem, but from other posts noise from other guests and neighbours could be. Its closer to central Ubud.
