Definitely recommend Qunci Villas in Lombok. Only 20 villas right on the water at Sengiggi. Absolutely delightful property, rooms (outside bathrooms), restaurant, staff etc. Only 5 mins in taxi to restaurants in Sengiggi town. Ocean view villas the best, we paid US$70 per night including full breakfast.
