Take a trip north, through the "tourist" strip which encompases Celuk, Mas etc (driver will know), and you will come across many multi coloured bed spreads hanging outside shops.
Many of these are made on site, and they should be able to make what you want - don't forget to take a picture with you. For the ones in the shop, you should pay around 150,000 - 250,000 Rp.
