I usually buy my ticket at the airport because I fly straight over as soon as I arrive in Bali. Sometimes the next flight is full & I go standby but I have always managed to get on. As you are in Bali for a few days before hand you may as well book through an agent so you have a confirmed ticket. The cost should be the same. Rp237,000 for Merpati. I am not sure if the other airlines charge the same. There are 4 airlines flying to Lombok now. Below is a link to the schedules & contact details for 3 of them. AdamAir were due to start flying in December & I dont have their details yet.
Check in is 1 hour before hand. Dont be too late cos 30 minutes before the flight they will start selling your tickets to those people on standby!
