Almost next to entrance to Niksoma on Jl Padma Utara and has private walkway to beach which comes out right next to Niksoma pool. Small block of 10 apartments and 2 penthouses. Mostly 2 bedrooms with lounge, dining and balcony. small pool, similar in style to Courtyard Hotel and managed by same company
