The Rotary International network is co-operating around the world with all other agencies. They do, however, have clubs nearby to all the affected areas. You might like to visit the link below for a little info of just one of the Bali Rotarians efforts.
We have also established a Tax Deductible Disaster Appeal in Australia, as have a lot of other organizations. I believe most will welcome whatever assistance you can offer. Not sure about the others, but 100% of all monies donated through Rotary will go where you intend it to go, there are no administration fees as they are already covered by the Rotarians themselves.
