the australian provider actually wrapped it up nicely - asiarooms is using other companies inventory and pretend that they have all availability. if a hotel says they are not getting paid by them - it's correct, why should asiarooms pay them money when the mediator is the one who actually should pay for it.

in my opinion, tui got themselves an image problem with this company as they are clearly not operating very truthfully and trustworthy, yet i believe their intentions are not to cheat anyone, it's just that their operations is growing so quickly...

just search for hotels, you will see that their are other booking sites that have similar or either better rates with great reviews and ratings.
