I have booked my hotel in Thailand through AsiaRooms.com. Previously, there is some unstable situation in Thailand, so I have asked AsiaRoomes whether I can cancel the room. AsiaRoom has replied me they will charge 1 day room fee for cancelling the room even it is 2 weeks before the check-in date. I didn't reply them and they didn't call me to comfirm for my cancellation. Until I have arrived Thailand to check in my room, I been told AsiaRooms has cancel my booking 1 day before I check-in the hotel. It is ridiculous that they cancel my booking without notice me and cancel the room 1 day prior the check-in. Lucky the hotel still have room without ruining my holiday. I will advice don't use the AsiaRooms, which I think they are not being honest to their customer.s
