If you have access to the Starwood American Express Card (tell them you want it first year free--I've seen promos all over but most recently on luxurylink.com) get the card immediately, activate it and get the bonus points they offer (10K?) That will get you free nights at Le Meridienor some others (as avail) and/or book w/points and cash at Lombok Sheraton Senggigi. I just res'd a room for 1000 pts and $25US per night. the LM room was only 3 and 4000K (wkend rate varies) and no cash--all taxes included. They upgrade when possible or for small cash their garden rooms become oceanview ($30/night/upgrade)
