I'm the one that made the post for the periodontist. I have received a lot of great information however, none of the clinics have responded to my emails as yet.

Many of the sites talk about prices for services such as teeth whitening, fillings etc. I'm certain that you would be able to just go to the clinic for many of these services with out much advance notice. If you follow some of the links posted you will find an abundance of info...not to mention new forums you may want to become apart of, I know I have.
