There is a similar thread regarding this very subject a few posts before yours under "Periodontist". Forum regular Fio linked some extensive dental information to her response which you may find very useful. Personally, have sister who is dental hygenist and friend who is US dentist who travel frequently to BKK and find the dental services to be as good and often better customer service than stateside. Price is no comparison, it's cheaper. Have used Bangkok Smile with good results.
