Yes Iv been to LOS before. Never had the time to actually hang around for too long though... its always been a week or under.
Iv been to Patts, Phuket ages ago and it was a package thing so dont know much. Travelled through BKK a few times and Im quite the foot soldier so dont mind roughing it out a bit.. I would like to try and spend sometime places like Luang Prabhang(laos) too.
