Yuk,
In our 3 trips to Cambodia, I have only seen them once. If you go to the central markets, walk straight down the laneway (main entrance) Its ok to look at stalls along the way but not far before the entry into the markets look straight ahead - NOT LEFT, then you wont see the spiders.
They are also at the Russian Markets, but if you just go to the normal part selling clothes etc, you wont see them.
We did not have any spider sellers coming on or near the bus on the way back from Siem Reap, thank god!!
