When I left Oz in Jan I already had a valid non-imm visa, with a re-entry in my UK passport, I got an extra non-imm in my Oz passport and figured when the visa expired in the UK passport, I'll just go to Malaysia then re-enter Thai with the Oz passport. But the buggers have blocked that one. I've already booked a flight to Perth next week I'll have to start from scratch. Gonna cost me 27,000 Bt for return tickets, plus taxis, hotels +++. That's what happens you you try to be smart. I was trying to save myself a couple of thousand baht but will end up paying heaps more than that. Oh, well, I'll get to see mum & sis & nieces & nephews again. There's always a plus side to every situation.
