AFAIK Bangkok Airways still imposes a departure tax from Samui but I don't know if it's included in the ticket price or how much it is.
Picked up air tickets yesterday fully paid for "No Thailand Departure tax included"according to the T/A??? Now 750 baht to be paid on departure?
