The one that I drink if i can get it is a reserve shiraz deffo not sweet I hate anything sweet either to eat or drink.
If I did drink wine with Thai food it would be something crisp and dry like pinot grigio, even an italian frascati.
Have tried Thai wine and personally I would rather lick my own armpit.
Speaking of wine we had freind round last night..........just the 12 of them ! and we demolished a fair amount of rosemount shiraz. My head is thumping this morning.
