Try the Rabbit Resort in Jomtien, Pattaya... it's absolutely lovely. Very quiet and situated on the beach road which is closed to traffic all day and very little traffic when open.
We had a stand alone bungalow just by the adults only pool which was perfect. Read the reviews about it on tripadvisor... they are spot on.
