I have stayed at the Lanta Seahouse quite a few times, it is one of the original "resorts", and family run. Last year when I was there they had a new cook, who wasn't as good by a mile on the previous one. For a good splurge I can really recommend Pimalai for a few days, it is also worth going there just for dinner on a Tuesday night? at the lower restaurant for their Thai buffet. Also the Lanta seafood in Saladan is great, it is the 2nd or 3rd restaurant on the front. Sounds like you are up for a good time..have heaps of fun x
