Your trip sounds amazing - what an adventure.

How did you get on with villas etc on Samui? We are still a bit undecided about Amari - we might go back to Muang Samui - just think the deluxe rooms at Amari look a bit small for a long stay. Also considering the new (opened last Oct/Nov?) Dara Samui which is next door to Muang. It looks like a bit of a Taj Mahal but for the same rate as a room at Muang or Amari, we can get a one bedroomed suite, so we might like the extra space ... still investigating our options, which is part of the fun of the whole holiday!
