Im just a bit confused as to whether my atm card will work over there. My credit union said it wouldnt but then "cathyand gary" (who know all!!!) say it will cos it has "Plus" on the back of it. When Ive gone to Bali and Indonesia Ive just taken lots of cash and used my credit card sparingly and had no probs. Have you ever had probs using credit card, like Im talking c/card fraud. Ive also looked into the Travelex cash card as it seems a bit safer - like an atm card but with a pin so safer than credit card. But .... there are costs, both to set it up and every time you withdraw. Have you ever heard of or used one of these.
