Singapore Airlines for me.

Professional efficient flight staff. Rarely late, great IFE and even Singapore Airport isn't to bad if you have to wait a couple of hours.

Worst flight (and I do a lot of travel) I have ever had was BA last year. The aircraft was 1 1/2 hours leaving Bkk then broke down on the runway causing another 2 hour delay (we where left on the aircraft). The flight attendant spent most of his time chatting with someone he seemed to know and pretty much ignored everyone else. They didn't have any Australian Customs forms. The IFE didn't work for a couple of hours. Gave wrong information about arrival times. Then to cap it off the Aircraft broke down again when it landed in Sydney and had to be towed to the terminal causing another 45 minute delay.

Flown Thai on domestic routes and had no complaints. I am flying Syd-Bkk with Thai for the first time in May. Luckily I have got the 10.00am flight so they are using a 777. If had been one of the 747's I would have probably gone with another airline as 747's don't have individual IFE.
