Despite cold weather for a couple of days at the begining we had a great time. Not thailand of course but lovely warm people. Great food too much drink !!!! met some great people as well beach and sea lovely.

Still getting over the shock of seeing a woman inreception in a fur coat when we arrived.

Managed to lose 7lbs as well a bonus

will post a couple of pics if any one is interested.
