Lotus - Kamala Headland
New Moon - Nai Harn (next to Le Meridien - ignore the other restaurants and their touts)
Friendship Beach - Rawai / Chalong - an absolute must in the evening - a hotel with beachfront restaurant and bar and uninterupted views of the offshore islands that side of Phuket - watch the dinner cruise boat go up and down and then let off its fireworks
Dons - OK, it is not Thai (although he does them), but still (cross land route between Chalong and Nai Harn Beach)
Maggie's Pizza - Rawai Beach (or pop across the road to Niki's beachfront bar with your pizza - ask first - even better)
