Smile Hi Alison

Congratulations; unfortunately fireworks are a bit of a damp squib in the virtual world, so I chose not to include them! As for forgetting birthdays, everyone forgets mine and I am increasingly glad of that

I mark my week with 2 cases (complaints) of mine against the British Foreign and Commonwealth (Pah) Office being accepted by the Parliamentary Ombudsman (may save me suing the buggers) , our little 2 year daughter taking a bad fall and having to go to hospital (she is OK, just stitches, nothing broken), news of yet another of my legal (human rights) cases being progressed here within the EU (yes, I do have some baggage), bad news now known by many that rice crops in Bali are way down due to decreased rainfall / global warming (my father-in-law farms rice) - what a bloody farce the GW Conference in Nusa Dua is / was, plus news a cyber buddy of mine (one of my web developers, nothing to do in this case with my travel sites) is going to make the journey here to see us (should shock the neighbours, they do not see many bearded Pakistanis here), my son finally agreeing to wear his school tunic and my wife, having not long passed her driving test, very nearly having her first accident and with me about to depart my body in her car.
