Unhappy I do not understand

your questions or statement.

Are you saying the hotel was not able to confirm your booking? If they have / can not, I would email both them and Asia rooms in the same email about this so everyone is in the frame.

The warnings here about Asia Rooms relate to;
a) Not refunding money customers when they are due refunds.
b) Offering rooms at some hotels they are clearly not authorized to do.
c) Spamming forums such as ours to get customers.

It is my belief that if Asia Rooms has taken your money for a hotel which refuses the booking that Asia Rooms will offer you an alternative, not simply take your money. The problem then would come if you did not want to stay at another hotel (which I can understand) in that a) you would need to book again and b) you probably will not get your money back from Asia Rooms based on the experiences of others.

If you have reason to complain about fraud, I suggest you contact their CEO Philippe Capdeville at must@must-international.com and include your email to their hosting company abuse@verio-hosting.com citing Internet Fraud.

Ultimately Asia Rooms claim to be a Singaporean company, although this may be false. Their claimed address / details are;

Asiarooms Pte. Ltd.
7500A Beach Road,
#14-314/315 The Plaza
Singapore
199591

Philippe Capdeville's claimed address is;

391/80 Moo 10,
Tappraya Soi 11,
Tappraya Road
Chonburi
20150

Asia Rooms says it is part of TUI Travel, PLC of England. However, when you visit TUI Travel's web site they claim;

"Unfortunately, Corporate Communications is unable to respond to customer complaints about any of the companies in the Group. These need to be taken up with the Customer Services team of the Company concerned directly."

So it seems they operate very questionably to say the least. Interestingly, although TUI say they are an English company (TUI Travel House, Crawley Business Quarter, Fleming Way, Crawley, West Sussex, RH10 9QL, England) their web site is registered to someone in Germany! Andree Eckhard, Karl-Wiechert-Allee 4, Hannover, D-30625, Germany. But it might not be a bad idea to also include their whois contact email address in any emails to Asia Rooms domain@tui.de.

Good luck, someone in the travel industry once suggested to me Philippe Capdeville is involved with the Thai gangs / mafia! I think the fact Asia Rooms does not show a travel agent license number or any industry association memberships on its web site speaks volumes.

If you want to let others know about unhappy experiences about anything / anyone, you can always publish a blog on our site and others.
