I'm not sure Mark what is going on with that case now but it was originally dismissed as a "wrongful litigation" ???? and we didn't have the funds to continue the fight against their wealth and monitary influence as we conducted the case pro bono. The case was over a promise/contract regarding compensation over damage to fishing and the environmental damage that the Newmont Gold mine on Sumbawa did and it's imediate effect on the people of Sumbawa and Lombok Timor.
BTW The Australian election has been a landslide win for the Labor party with the Greens party getting a couple of saets as well. Troops out of Iraq, Kyoto ratified and Industrial Relations draconian laws repealed immediately and most likely a little less kow-towing to SBY
