I've lived and visited Thailand quite a few times over the years and have also attended a few cooking classes. HOWEVER, today I discovered a woman in Bangkok who teaches authentic Thai cooking in her home - she offers one on one teaching in her own kitchen.

She told me that I could choose three items from her large menu that I wanted to learn how to prepare. I never had a choice of what I want to learn how to cook in any other class I've taken. The price is 2,000 baht. ($50 US) She lives close to the Bangkok Bus Station which is very easy to get to because it is one of the scheduled stops on the Sky Train.
