or just find something when i get there?
Hello

Not a bad time to be on Samui, plenty of people normally, weather can be a bit iffy but you`ll still see enough sun to get a tan & see the sites you want.

I`d get moving looking for a hotel.Xmas & new year are a busy period on Samui.Be aware that it is peak season so you will pay through the nose for any hotel/resort & a big chance you`ll get stung with a couple of thousand baht for a compulsory NYE Gala dinner wether you attend or not.

I don`t recommend turning up anytime without at least a night or 2 booked somewhere,I definetly wouldn`t do it over the new year period.

Let me know how much you want to spend per night & what area you think you`d like to stay & i`ll be happy to help you.
