Hi David, Have a look at my link below under Eating Out, theres quite a few restaurants etc. Savoey has gone downhill over the years and way overpriced. Try Banzaan markets near Jungceylon, buy your seafood fresh and take it upstairs to be cooked, huge prawns cost us 350baht per kilo!!
Or go to the Kru Suwit floating restaurant, beautiful fresh seafood and also much cheaper.
