Ban Sabai Sunset for Samui - I didn't stay in one of the pool villas but they looked nice! I wrote
a review of the place here.
As for Phuket,
Aleenta is a popular honeymooner's location.
Both of these places are pretty steep in price... let us know if you're looking for something more affordable.
