Yes Mom Tris is in walking distance from Katathani. Its up the steep hill which takes you to Kata. Its very easy to walk the hill, we do it every evening to get to Kata. Its even easier to do the hill on the way back, down hill and a little light on feet with beer!!

Its advisable to get reservations for the restaurant as its extremely popular. A day or two before you want to go usually does it.

When are you going to Katathani? we go every year and thought we wouldnt be able to get there this January, however im pleased to say.... we are able to go now and im so excited! 5th time and i still love the hotel. The beach is the best on phuket!
