I think that you are not supposed to drink.....well no surprise there though. I do drink red wine, a drink I really like. I have got to say that since I have been on this I can't drink much, my stomach is upset....that is probably the weight loss !

I stopped smoking 6 years ago. Don't go out much and buggered if I am stopping drinking as well.

Can you PM me and let me know who Terry does his mystery shopping for.
