The mystery dine went well it was tapas...yum.

The lizard spit thing shot my blood sugar up and my blood pressure. They have added some insulin in now. Felt pretty crappy.

On a positive early days but lost 2kg in the first 6 days on it.

Anyway onwards and upwards
