Tipping isn't expected in Bali...however it is appreciated. I usually do the same as I do in my country...(tipping is expected in the USA..) which is to tip 15% which I feel is fair..that doesn't amount to much in rupiah and a simple rule of thumb..keeping in mind any amount is fine.
