I was first a member in 1999 and was a repeat customer for many years but since 2009 and 2010, trying to get a free night in Sydney is like winning the lottery. I don't want to plan one night 6 months in advance..... I have been trying to navigate through the absolutely pathetic web site they offer, it is ridiculous. I have rang to get some support,web services tell me its a membership services issue,he says ring them but doesn't tell me they are closed for the day..... on the web page I fill in the blanks,tell it i want Australia,sydney and date of booking,next page asks me do i want sydney Aus or nova scotia?????? then directs me to a booking page for hotels at charge not free....
