I've used asiarooms a number of times over the years and they have been great. Granted I have never tried to change my booking and have always stuck to my intended dates, but if you change your plans after the fact surely you can expect some problem if you arent dealing with the hotel directly. Its hardly the companys fault if people dont want to stay somewhere after they've already paid for it. I'd be better prepared in future yourself so that doesnt occur. Its the same as trying to change your airline ticket after you've bought a cheap fare, if you want to have the flexibility to change your plans then you better pay the premium price or stop complaining.
