i went to SG just last year for a month while hubby is working, me and my kid stayed at home the whole day and I was so 'effin bored to death! we only went out during the weekends. gawd! don't get me wrong, SG is a successful country and almost all of the people there are law-abiding citizens because every crime even the smallest one has penalty. also the country is clean but it's effin boring if you don't go out and visit the tourist spots. the other thing i hated is walking long distances and train rides for an hour or so just to get to one place. and i hated the christmas there, they only had i think 5-10mins fireworks display at the marina and that's it.you are not allowed to light a firecracker at your home. i would want to go back there just for shopping.
