 Hua Hin or Phuket
 Hi there, What about Hua Hin ... check out the Hyatt Hotel. It's a very relaxed place, on a reasonable beach ... fantastic choice of restaurants and lovely train station. Excellent golf courses, couple of night markets. About 3 hours drive from Bangkok.
Also, you haven't mentioned Phuket. Have you been there yet? Lots of great hotels to choose from .. depends on what your budget is, and what you want ie .. quiet or shopping? There are couple of cheap airlines that fly there from Bangkok .. Air Asia and 1, 2, Go. From here you could visit Phi Phi, do the James Bond Island Canoe trip, Fantasea Show, Quad Bike Tour, Elephant Rehab Ctre etc.
I am sure others will come up with more suggestions, but these are two off the top of my head I thought of. |
