I work for Accor advantage plus and it seems that every one that has problems is a few years ago, it has changed so much and is a fantastic lollety card. You dont get vouchers any more you get a blue card and on youe card you have youe free night up loaded and all your dinning benifits. Why is it that as soon as every one gets there card they want there free night last saturday night??? As you should recall that that your sales person should have told you that you do have to book that night inadvance as it is subject to allacation and then remined you on you when they phoned you see that your card had arrived. I have signed up so many members and when i call them in a few months they thank me for getting them to join... So what is the problem you are having as i would love to help you get value out of your card... also was you told about the supplermenrty card for your partner or friend??? if you buy one you get double the discounts.
Also was you told that if you nominate as many people as posiable and they sign up 5 of them you get your membership free next year which is worth $289 and 5 wine vouchers valued at $30 each so next time when you dine out you can use your wine vouchers at any of uor partispating resturants, so that is a total of $439 for you for free...
