We went to Thailand last year for the entire month of February. The weather was perfect. Clear blue skies the whole time. Bangkok was hot and humid at 34 degrees (but we only stayed a couple of days so it was manageable). Chiang Mai was great - temp around 27 degrees (and less humidity). Phuket/Ko Phi Phi/Ko Lanta were all around 30 degrees - fabulous beach weather.
