When i joined accor we were advise that we were entitled to "Accor on Request Holidays" to quote from their big book of big holidays. "You can use your Premiere Points to reserve accomodation at an additional range of properties - this program features apartments and rooms under the famous Sofitel, Novotel, Mercure, ibis and resort brands." When we first joined we used the service and recently tried to use it again, only to be told that this Accor on Request no longer existed. This was a big reason for us joining Accor Advantage Plus, for we realised from the start that Accor Advantage Plus itself had little to offer, which has certainly proven to be true over time. so another broken promise and one I currently have my solictor looking into.
As for their internet service, it is hopeless.
However, it is worth while when you transfer your points to Interval International.
