Hi Mack and Steve,

I'm flat out at the present time and then I'm going to take "breather". However, sometime in January I will put forward a comprehensive listing of eateries/food courts/restaurants and Dai Pai Dong in both the Kowloon Peninsula and on Hong Kong Island.

There won't be the comprehensive write ups that I do for the Bangkok/Thailand forum, but it will be a guide that can be expanded upon.

Hong Kong has brilliant food. It is a food city. People talk about it, dream about it, and eat it about six times a day.

It is the home and the cradle to the best cuisine in the world in my opinion - Cantonese - and I'm a classically French trained chef - but I do know brilliance when it is reflected back at me from the bowl or plate.
